Advocacy Relations Director

A company is looking for an Advocacy Relations Director, Cardiovascular.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain relationships with patient advocacy organizations and stakeholders to engage decision makers in clinical development and healthcare delivery

Develop partnerships with patient groups to address unmet needs and improve patient outcomes

Support patient access to medicines by collaborating with advocacy organizations to address access barriers

Required Qualifications :

Doctorate degree with 4 years, or Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of patient advocacy and / or healthcare policy experience

7+ years of experience with patient advocacy groups and / or professional medical associations

3+ years of experience working for global pharmaceutical companies as a liaison with patient advocacy groups

Experience in leading the development of advocacy strategies for pharmaceutical organizations

Understanding of trends affecting patient engagement and experience with new forms of patient interactions
