Turndown Attendant

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Housekeeping team as a turndown attendant. The turndown attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.

What you will do :

  • Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift.
  • Remove used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
  • Wipe down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot.
  • Remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
  • Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
  • Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
  • Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.

What you bring :

  • One to two years' experience working in Housekeeping or Laundry preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work authorization in the United States

  • This is a part-time position. Candidates must be able to work mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
