This is an in-plant position within the customers plant. Employees would be responsible for the following but not limited to :

Position Summary :

The Ink Technician is responsible for producing high-quality blended inks that meet customer specifications. This role involves hands-on work in the ink formulation process ensuring accurate color matching and timely delivery of press-ready inks to customer equipment. The technician will maintain organized work areas and contribute to quality assurance by adhering to production schedules and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Weigh blend and deliver press-ready inks efficiently to customer equipment while adhering to quality standards.
• Perform precise color matching and ink formulation according to customer production schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including records of color matches ink adjustments consignment returns and customer complaints as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support a safe and efficient work environment.
• Adhere to all required personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Base Salary - USD $49920 to $70000

This position is located in Monticello AR : Will you be able to comfortably travel to the working site in timely manner

If youre interviewed and offered the position would you be ok with completing a drug screen physical and background check

Ideal Candidate

Ability to work a 12-hour shift and fill in other shifts when needed. Ability to work independently after training and set priorities. Good work ethic and a goal setter - these positions are entry level but lead to promotion.
