Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $2,352 per week in O Fallon, IL

Care is based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to the Clinical Manager. Directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses / Licensed Vocational Nurses. Home visits are required, along with periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation and current driver’s license. Agency-required liability insurance is necessary. Average number of patients per day is 5-8. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day, equating to about 6-8 points. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, Follow-up Visits, etc. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Local candidates are accepted. Must be open to on-call rotations, which vary monthly and during holidays. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. Delayed and incomplete documentation may impact billing and follow-up patient care. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Weekly productivity points of 30 must be achieved to equate to approximately 40 hours per week. Candidates must accept every patient on their schedule. Declining patients may lead to a cancellation.
