Our client is a top firm, seeking a patent litigation attorney for its Intellectual Property practice in New York, Santa Monica, Connecticut, and Long Island offices. The firm is also open to fully remote candidates. The salary range for this position is between $150k to $250k.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of patent litigation experience, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert reports, and trial preparation.
• Background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technology work experience.
• State bar admission [in any jurisdiction].
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• USPTO registration a plus, but not required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
