The Opportunity

As a Senior Analyst, Liquidity Management Strategy , you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring liquidity management strategies at both the enterprise and line of business levels. This role requires extensive enterprise knowledge along with expertise in the financial services sector, regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial planning. You will lead complex liquidity initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that uphold USAA's financial integrity. Your insights will be communicated to governance committees, senior management, regulatory bodies, and the USAA Board of Directors.

We offer a flexible work environment, requiring this role to be in the office 4 days per week . This position can be based in one of the following locations : San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL.

What You'll Do :

• Design and implement advanced analytical strategies and tools to assess capital and liquidity adequacy across all business lines, including insurance, investment, and banking.
• Develop and oversee liquidity policies and comprehensive contingency funding plans.
• Interpret and communicate complex regulatory capital and liquidity rules independently.
• Analyze the balance sheet intricately, integrating capital, liquidity, cash, and investment strategies, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure efficient liquidity deployment across all sectors to meet various regulatory and management goals.
• Manage cash positions across the enterprise and its different business lines effectively.
• Advise stakeholders on liquidity management best practices.
• Evaluate and report on risks exceeding tolerance levels to governance committees.
• Contribute to Treasury initiatives, particularly in enterprise stress test planning and execution.
• Analyze stress scenario outcomes and collaborate on contingency plans collaborating with business partners for management reporting.
• Assess the impact of stress scenarios on USAA's funding plans and liquidity metrics for senior management and governance committees.
• Prepare and deliver critical liquidity strategies, metrics, analyses, and reports to key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with risk management policies by identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling associated risks.

Compensation : The salary range for this role is $114,080 - $218,030 based on experience and market data. Employees may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.
