Testing Date : The week of October 27th, 2025

Interview Date : To be determined after completion of testing

Normal Minimum Requirements :

There will be a two-part testing procedure required for this position. The first step is a written technical exam followed by a behavioral based interview. Each step of the process must be passed in order to progress to the next step.

Written Technical Exam : The technical exam is a multiple choice test that evaluates the applicant's knowledge of the following categories :

Behavioral Based Interview : The interview is a behavioral based interview incorporating our Core Competencies. In this process we believe that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior and more recent behavior is a better predictor of future behavior than older behavior, and that long-standing trends are better predictors of behavior than isolated incidents. We therefore have patterned the questions during the interview to solicit behavior patterns that indicate with high predictability whether the candidate can perform the job as required.

Position Description : This job classification provides service for the landscape and utility maintenance work group.
