Job Title : Java Full Stack Lead

Work Location : Basking Ridge NJ

Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and cloud-native solutions, working across the entire technology stack from frontend user interfaces to backend services and database systems.

Responsibilities :

Design and develop responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks

Build robust backend APIs and microservices using cloud-native technologies

Implement database design, optimization, and integration strategies

Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated deployment processes

Create reusable component libraries and maintain coding standards

Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices

Optimize application performance and scalability across all tiers

Integrate third-party APIs and external service dependencies

Write comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests

Collaborate with UX / UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces

Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire application stack

Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions

Maintain technical documentation and system architecture diagrams

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Experience :

8+ years of full stack development experience with modern web technologies

2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS)

Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows

Certification(s) :

AWS Certified Developer Associate (Preferred)

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3)

Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go)

Experience with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with cloud services and serverless architectures

Understanding of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code concepts

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

Adaptability to rapidly changing technology landscapes and requirements

Nice To Have :

Experience with mobile application development (React Native, Flutter)

Knowledge of machine learning and AI integration techniques

Familiarity with data visualization and analytics platforms

Experience with performance optimization and security testing tools
