• On-site rounding at a skilled nursing facility
• Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no weekend requirements
• Knowledgeable about assisting clinicians in providing top-quality mental health care and offer experience in the skilled nursing environment and / or working with the elderly patient population
• Supervised by and working closely with the Director of Psychiatric Services
• Duties of the position include providing face-to-face therapeutic interventions, medication management, patient evaluations, diagnose and develop treatment plans, collaborate with other healthcare providers
• Required qualifications : an active California license and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner board certification
• Compensation range depending on experience : $150,000-$170,000
