HIRING - Home Health Care Field Nurse / Preceptor

Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs & LPNs) for Full-time / Part-time positions in Cambridge, Allston Brighton, Brookline, Somerville, and Charleston.

Qualifications of a Staff Nurse include :

  • A current nursing license in Massachusetts (RN).
  • Hands-on nursing experience as an RN.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as an RN.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as an RN.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned as an RN.

Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse include :

  • Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes as an RN.
  • Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments as an RN.
  • Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs as an RN.
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, as an RN.
  • Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery as an RN.
