A company is looking for a Sr. Client Success Director.
Key Responsibilities
Implements strategies for building client relationships and driving revenue growth
Establishes and maintains strong client relationships through regular communication
Identifies opportunities for service area and offering expansion to deliver additional client value
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a relevant field
Bachelor's degree
Experience in business development and key account management
Healthcare industry experience
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
