Job description
Role: Switchboard Operator/admin
Location: Richmond, IN 47374 | Onsite | In person
Responsibilities:
• Answering the main hospital phone
• Transferring calls
• Monitoring the fire panel systems and using the radio to contact Security if a trouble alarm alerts
• Calling and relaying information to 911 if a code is called
• Using the PA system for hospital codes if requested
• Assisting with fleet key check out
• Assisting with staff meal ticket purchases
• Other clerical tasks as assigned
