What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Screen individuals, vehicles, and / or packages entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access or prohibited items.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel to support a secure environment.

Follow instructions provided by Allied Universal management and on-site leadership to support site security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements :

A guard card or security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
