To thrive as a Certified Audi Technician at Audi of Colorado Springs, candidates must possess a combination of hands-on experience and technical skills. Ideally, you will have two to four years in a related role, complemented by relevant training or education. Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals is essential for ensuring compliance and performing effective repairs. Strong communication skills are necessary for writing routine reports and collaborating with team members. Mathematical skills, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, are essential for accurate diagnostics and repairs.

The ability to apply common sense understanding and reasoning to solve practical problems is vital, as is dealing with various concrete variables in standardized situations. Additionally, having Manufacturer Training and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications, along with a valid driver's license, will enhance your qualifications for this exciting opportunity.
