Lead Mobile Engineer - Flutter

Location : This position requires hybrid work three days per week from our San Francisco or Santa Monica office.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop engaging content features for the Headspace mobile application, enhancing user experiences.
• Collaborate with teams to create technical specifications and evaluate new features and products.
• Write high-quality, efficient code while ensuring best practices and scalability in development efforts.
• Conduct thorough unit testing to guarantee reliability and exceptional usability across diverse scenarios.
• Stay updated on industry trends by evaluating and integrating new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Utilize your expertise in mobile architectures to steer the evolution of our mobile platform.
• Promote quality management practices through comprehensive documentation and adherence to Headspace methodologies.
• Migrate and integrate existing native features into Flutter.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $122,400-$195,500, along with equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are dependent on various factors such as location and experience. Additional compensation details will be provided during the hiring process.
