Lead full-cycle project delivery : precon ? buyout ? field execution ? closeout

Drive budgets, schedules, procurement strategy, and subcontractor coordination

Partner directly with Division Leadership to shape Wisconsin operations

Manage client relationships, RFIs, change orders, and stakeholder communication

Oversee site performance, safety, quality, and field teams

Support pursuit strategy and estimating for Wisconsin pipeline development

The successful applicant :

5-10+ years as a PM with experience in ground-up or major renovation

Proven ability to run projects $5M-$50M with minimal oversight

Strong grasp of schedules, buyout, subcontractor management, and risk control

Someone who thrives with autonomy and wants more voice, ownership, and impact

Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to help build a new market for a national GC
