Position Overview
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to serve as the right hand to our client's Sales Team. This role is essential in helping maintain customer satisfaction, support national product launches, and streamline internal operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in turning data and processes into successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support product launches, sales events, and industry conventions .
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and sales reports for leadership and field teams.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, generate reports, and assist with forecasting and planning .
Maintain and manage customer and account information within the CRM system .
Assist in coordinating communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
Support the Sales Team with daily administrative tasks and special projects.
