Job description$14.00 - $15.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Minimum of 20 hours per week , with the potential for up to 40 hours per week. Personal Care : Assist with grooming, showering, hygiene, and hair care. Domestic / Household Assistance : Teach and assist with cooking simple meals, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathroom, dishwashing, room cleaning, and laundry. Health and Safety Care : Remind and assist with medications, physical exercises, daily range of motion, stretching, and walking. Documentation : Accurately document daily progress according to the client's service plan and IEP. Community Assistance : Facilitate community engagement, social activities, appointments, grocery shopping, and various recreational events (movies, church, horseback riding, plays, concerts). Communication : Maintain open communication with the agency regarding any questions or concerns about the client and / or family. Support : Encourage and support the client's growth, learning, and development both at home and in the community. Must be at least 18 years old . Ability to read and write in English . Must be punctual and possess a valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance . CPR & First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross is required. Current TB test . Excellent communication skills are essential. Flexibility and the ability to adjust work habits based on feedback are crucial. Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.

Hours
- Monday through Friday : 4 pm - 8 pm
- Weekends : Flexible for community outings
- Note : When school is out, the schedule will be from 10 am to 6 pm
