Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a Level III trauma center, offering weekend 12-hour day shifts and requiring ARRT-C and BLS certification.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a short-term acute care hospital with a Level III trauma designation
  • CT Technologist role on a dedicated CT unit
  • Weekend schedule : Friday to Sunday, 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 30 PM (12-hour day shifts)
  • Uses GE, Philips, Siemens, and PACS equipment
  • Epic EMR is used for charting
  • No floating to sister facilities required
  • Locals not accepted within a 50-mile radius
  • First-time travelers are accepted
  • No more than 6 days of requested time off will be approved, with a limit of 1 holiday
  • Must not have background or license hits within the past year
  • Return staff must have been gone for at least 1 year to return as a traveler
  • Facility has a two-contract limit per traveler
  • Pre-start modules (4-10 hours) must be completed

  • Minimum of 1 year CT Technologist experience required
  • Current ARRT-C and BLS certifications required
  • State or compact licensure required
  • License required if applicable
  • Must be able to wear navy or khaki scrubs
