Position Summary : As a Full-Time RN Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our home health agency. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, manage a team of healthcare professionals, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will perform initial patient intakes, including the completion of OASIS assessments. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
