Primary Care Physician – Internal or Family Medicine

Location : Greenville, SC

Position Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Compensation : $225,000 – $285,000 annually

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our team in Greenville, SC . This full-time, outpatient-only position is ideal for a physician passionate about long-term patient relationships, comprehensive care, and practicing in a supportive, patient-first environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to a panel of approximately 450 adult patients
• Conduct routine wellness visits, chronic disease management, and same-day sick appointments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with in-house care teams including health coaches, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver coordinated care
• Participate in preventive care initiatives and ensure adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines
• Develop personalized care plans and monitor patient progress toward health goals
