Insight Restoration Technician

Candidates for this position must have knowledge in commercial disaster restoration and recovery pertaining to water, fire, storm, and mold damage. You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, cleaning, and other restoration activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform production / restoration process per scope, IICRC standards, and supervisor instructions
• Follow OSHA and safety guidelines for each project
• Responsible for documentation, photos, compliance tasks, etc. for each assigned project
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Lead, train, mentor, motivate, and supervise teammates on each project during work activities
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
• Communicate openly with the supervisor and other technicians
• Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance

Compensation : $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
