As an Industrial Equipment Reliability Millwright, you will blend diagnostic insight, precision installation, and skilled fabrication to keep production seamless across our sites in Moorhead, MN; Hillsboro, ND; and East Grand Forks, MN.

Your mission

• Own reliability tasks end-to-end : inspections, component changes, precision alignment and balancing, installations, and equipment refurbishment.
• Grasp each machine’s operating principles and role in the larger process, then tune it for peak performance.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Production so maintenance actions are timely, targeted, and effective.
• Apply advanced metal-joining skills : weld, cut, braze, and solder; perform SMAW / GMAW on carbon steel and SMAW on stainless steel.
