Roofing Sales Manager

Job Description

The Sales Manager will lead Gulf South Roofing’s sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, managing performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The Sales Manager will work closely with the executive team to align sales operations with company goals, while upholding Gulf South Roofing’s core values of integrity, quality, and teamwork.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary (Security + Leadership)

$65,000 – $85,000 annually (depending on experience and market ).

Provides stability while rewarding leadership and process accountability.

Commission / Override (Performance-Based Incentive)

2–3% override on company net revenue OR

0.5–1% override on gross profit (recommended for tighter alignment with profitability).

(Override can be capped or tiered — example below.)

Tier Example (Based on Revenue) :

0–$3M = 1% override

$3–$5M = 1.5% override

$5M+ = 2% override

Bonus Opportunities

Total Expected Compensation (OTE)

$95,000 – $140,000+ annually depending on performance.
