Job descriptionDesign, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs. Develop custom Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, dashboards) to support business needs. Configure and maintain Workday security roles, calculated fields, and custom objects to enable reporting and analytics. Develop and manage Prism datasets, pipelines, and transformations to integrate Workday and external data sources. Build and optimize Prism dashboards and visualizations for HR, Finance, and business stakeholders. Automate data ingestion from multiple systems into Prism for unified reporting and insights. Partner with data governance teams to ensure accuracy, data quality, and compliance in Prism datasets. Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into Workday / Prism solutions. Support stakeholders in leveraging Prism datasets for self-service analytics. Provide technical expertise on best practices for data modeling, performance tuning, and reporting optimization . Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration and reporting issues. Perform system testing, regression testing, and support Workday releases and feature adoption. Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and support knowledge transfer.
