As a Security Officer - Aero Defense Driver in LIMA, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a leading aerospace and defense location. In this role, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. You will interact with a variety of individuals, communicate clearly, and respond calmly to situations as they arise. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required.

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
