What You'll Do :

• Support the strategic development and hands-on execution of innovative media initiatives across programmatic connected TV (CTV) and digital audio channels.
• Assist in the comprehensive setup, trafficking, and pacing of campaigns across various programmatic platforms and partners.
• Manage essential campaign workflows, including creative trafficking, audience segmentation, flighting, and performance reporting.
• Proactively monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying and addressing any pacing or tracking issues with senior team members.
• Extract and analyze campaign performance data to inform optimization strategies and contribute to insightful post-campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to launch pilot campaigns and explore new channel opportunities.
• Maintain meticulous campaign trackers, budgets, and documentation to ensure seamless execution and accountability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously learning about new platform capabilities, ad formats, and targeting innovations within the programmatic ecosystem.
