1st Shift - Part-Time Finance - AP

Position Title : Part-Time Finance - AP Wage : $22.00 per hour Hours : Flexible hours between 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm (Mon-Fri; 20-25 hours per week) Our client in Maryland Heights, MO is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support their accounts payable function. The role is responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, matching receivers to invoices, accurately entering data into our system, and maintaining organized, properly filed invoice records.

Part-Time Finance AP Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Process accounts payable.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Match receivers to corresponding invoices.
• Enter invoices accurately into the company's system.
• Keep all invoices properly filed and organized.
