Job Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with key marketplace partners (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
Develop and execute marketplace strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and optimize listings.
Monitor marketplace performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and product to ensure seamless operations and alignment.
Negotiate contracts, promotions, and advertising opportunities with marketplace representatives.
Identify opportunities for growth and new marketplace expansions.
Handle issue resolution related to listings, payments, and customer service to maintain high seller ratings.
Stay updated on marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as an account manager or similar role in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces and their operational dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decisions.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and marketplace seller platforms.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
