In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Drive the development of new Connectivity Technologies used across Emerson field devices. These technologies include Bluetooth Ethernet-APL and low-power cellular
• Lead complex programs with globally distributed teams
• Manage a group of software engineers electrical engineers and project managers
• Ensure Connectivity Technologies meet rigorous cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443 and the EUs Cybersecurity Resiliency Act
• Provide outstanding support to Emerson product groups that integrate Connectivity Technologies
• Collaborate with other Emerson business units to deliver the host applications needed for customers to easily and securely use the Connectivity Technologies

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $170000-$230000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
