About The Role
We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead a new product experience focused on pain neuroscience. As a PM you will focus on building an experience that includes knowledge about how pain works, mindset strategies to help members move with greater confidence and safety, and skill building for daily life. You will own the strategic vision and execution of your product area, drive growth, and positively impact user engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

What You'll Accomplish
Take a major role in defining product vision, strategy, and objectives for this new treatment modality.Help develop and implement product-development practices, particularly related to rapid iteration.Ship features within a cross-functional team, working closely with design, engineering, sales / marketing, and the clinical team throughout the whole process.Work directly with executives and founders as the voice of your product team.Track usage analytics, and member impact of launches.Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time.Hinge Health Hybrid Model
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.
Basic Qualifications
Significant product management experience (5+ years), specifically in consumer facing features, platform products, service orchestration, and API integrations.Strong technical background or fluency, with demonstrated experience implementing API-based products.Demonstrated success working with cross-functional product and platform teams, defining domain boundaries and integration points clearly.A proven track record balancing quick wins alongside long-term technical investments.Strong consumer product instincts and experience building personalized user experiences that drive consumer engagement.Preferred Qualifications
Collaboration & Team Leadership : Support and continuously optimize sprint processes and rituals, serve as an advocate for engineering and design counterparts, and maintain a healthy balance between immediate feature wins and foundational platform work.Strategic Ownership & Accountability : Take complete accountability for your product area’s performance, develop and evangelize a clear strategic vision, measure and share insights, and lead ideation and decision-making with ambiguity.Technical Depth & Domain : Articulate the product’s identity within the system architecture, inform APIs and integrations, and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. The annual salary range is $180,000 - $270,000. Total compensation varies by qualifications, skill level, competencies, and location.
