What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within the healthcare environment.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergencies that may arise in a healthcare location.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment for all individuals on site.Communicate and collaborate with healthcare staff, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or unusual situations according to company and client protocols.Support emergency response activities as directed, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times in the healthcare setting.What We're Looking For :

Must be 21 years of age or older.Must be able to work in hospital environments, including areas such as the morgue.Must be able to restrain individuals as necessary in a hospital setting.Must comply with hospital vaccination requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
