Nalley Consulting is seeking full-time Application Developers in metro Washington, D.C.

Position : Application Developer

LCAT : Mid and Senior

Location : DIA HQ, Washington, D.C.

Required clearance : TS / SCI with willingness to take CI poly

Required experience : At least 10 years for Senior; at least 6 years for Mid.

Required education : Bachelor's degree or master's degree

Requirements :

• Experience with Oracle SQL and PL / SQL development, including packages, procedures, and functions
• Experience developing and supporting applications anchored in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and newer implementations, and different or emerging technologies, including cloud and AI
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL development, including procedures and functions
• Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C#, Java, or web services
• Experience writing web service calls and performing application to database integration
• Experience working for HHS clients, including NIH
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding, and support multiple efforts concurrently
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements.
