Job description

Senior Level Call Center Team Lead

ProSidian seeks a Senior Level Call Center Team Lead for program support on a contract basis located in Charlotte, NC, across the Mid Atlantic Region. This role supports strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting / Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Call Center Team Lead Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Call Center Team Lead) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

Responsibilities and duties include :

  • Supervise call center agents.
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching.
  • Develop staffing schedules.

Desired qualifications for candidates include :

  • 3+ years call center experience, 1+ year leadership.
  • Education / experience requirements / qualifications :

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills required :

  • Leadership, performance monitoring, conflict resolution.
  • Competencies required :

  • Team motivation, accountability, decision-making.
