TITLE : Entry Level Line Design Engineer

Comp : From $50,000-$70,000

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Our client is seeking immediate assistance in identifying a candidate for a Line Design Engineer direct hire position in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities :

• Served as the onsite engineering liaison during the construction of a new facility, coordinating efforts between the corporate engineering team, general contractor, and subcontractors.
• Supported the installation and commissioning of all production equipment.
• Provided technical expertise during system startup and ensured smooth transition into continuous operation.
• Collaborated with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize production line efficiency.
• Identified and implemented opportunities for process improvements.
• Planned, executed, and managed capital projects from concept through completion.
