Unit : Operating Room / Circulate

Schedule : Monday to Friday, varied 12-hour rotating shifts with required call

Guaranteed Hours : 34 hours per week (holiday weeks exempt)

Weekly Hours : 36 hours per week

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2100-$2250

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 4 / 2025 – End : 2 / 3 / 2026)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license (Montana or compact state)

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

BLS certification required

Ability to participate in on-call rotations

Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Circulate and assist in surgical procedures as an OR RN

Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs during procedures

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with healthcare standards

Respond to emergencies and participate in scheduled on-call rotations

Uphold infection control, safety protocols, and best practices in the operating room
