We are seeking a motivated and licensed real estate professional to specialize in the fast-paced and opportunity-rich world of foreclosure and distressed property sales. As a Foreclosure Real Estate Specialist , you will guide clients through the unique process of buying and selling foreclosure properties while building a career in a highly specialized niche within the real estate industry.

This role is ideal for agents who are eager to grow their expertise, work independently within a supportive team environment, and capitalize on a segment of the market that remains consistently active regardless of broader economic conditions.

Compensation :

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Represent buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of foreclosure and distressed properties.
• Educate clients on the foreclosure process and provide clear, professional guidance throughout the transaction.
• Monitor and stay up-to-date with local foreclosure trends, listings, and real estate market data.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, asset managers, and property owners.
• Manage and track multiple transactions with attention to deadlines, compliance, and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on legal and procedural updates related to distressed property sales.
