Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.Maximize client retention through best-in-class service : coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.A D1 Coach must be dedicated to training and improving the lives of D1s members Scholastic (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams, by :Exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service
Starting and finishing workouts on timeAssessing and aligning each member with the proper programBuilding and maintaining relationships with each D1 memberCoaching group workouts, personal training, and teamsDelivering accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutritionTeaching proper form and technique and keeping all our athletes safeResponsibilities
Create a positive, high-performance environment for all athletesCoach group workouts, personal training sessions, and teams
Modify and adapt movements to suit individual needs and goalsAssess and align each athlete with the proper programDeliver expert guidance on strength, speed, and nutritionTeach proper form and technique to reduce injury riskBuild strong relationships and maintain regular contact with athletesSupport athletes of all backgrounds, including youth, adults, and female athletesQualifications
Has a valid AED / CPR / First Aid certificationHas at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
