Job Description

Are you someone who thrives on delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment? At Truck Centers, Inc., we’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the friendly face of our Service Department. If you’re a great communicator who enjoys helping people navigate their service needs, we’d love to have you on our team!

About the Role :

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, whether they’re calling in or visiting in person. Your role will involve listening to their concerns, documenting repair requests, and conducting initial inspections to ensure our team delivers efficient, high-quality service.

Schedule :

• Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm

Pay Range : $42,481.92 - $63,722.88 per year with incentive eligibility
