Job descriptionOperate spray foam equipment and apply insulation according to specifications Ensure proper surface preparation and adherence to project requirements Maintain equipment, tools, and spray rigs in good working condition Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment as required Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while delivering excellent workmanship Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers 2+ years of spray foam installation experience (open-cell and closed-cell) Knowledge of spray foam equipment operation and maintenance Ability to follow job specifications and safety protocols Valid drivers license with reliable transportation Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in tight spaces) Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism Experience with other types of insulation (fiberglass, cellulose, etc.) OSHA certification or other safety training Mechanical / equipment troubleshooting skills Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits [customize if applicable] Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training, growth, and advancement
