Hourly Pay Range :

What you will do :
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, provides support to inpatient units which may include but not limited to the following : answering and directing incoming calls, monitoring and ordering of supplies, submitting work orders, greeting and assisting patients, families and visitors, ensuring that necessary equipment (computers, phones, printers, copiers, label printers, etc.) are functioning properly, assisting in obtaining medical records, CDs and other information from other institutions, and other clerical / support duties as directed by unit leadership. Working with inpatient leaders and care coordination team, may assist in discharge process by making follow-up appointments for physician / clinic visits, preparing discharge information to skilled nursing / rehabilitation facilities, and follow-up phone calls as directed.
