Director Of Program Management

We are looking for an experienced Director of Program Management to lead and oversee complex technical projects in Radnor, Pennsylvania. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive successful project delivery while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects within established timelines, scope, and budgets while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, engineering teams, partners, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, aligning solutions with their needs.
• Oversee and manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring accurate invoicing for all project-related costs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as requirements, design specifications, training materials, and communication artifacts.
• Partner with Product Owners, Software Engineering Managers, Architects, and QA Managers to support project objectives and facilitate collaboration.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with clients, partners, integrators, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Create executive-level reports and presentations to communicate project status and insights to internal and external audiences.
• Act as a thought leader within the organization, driving strategic initiatives and improvements beyond day-to-day project execution.
• Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous growth, and clear communication.
