Job Purpose

The UX / UI Designer plays a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of e-commerce products. By leveraging user research, design systems, and iterative testing, you will ensure all platforms deliver seamless, inclusive, and high-performing digital experiences aligned with both business goals and user needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design deliverables such as wireframes (low to high fidelity), user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Create clickable prototypes to validate design decisions with stakeholders and end users.
• Define and document interaction states aligned with backend system responses.
• Apply consistent UI patterns, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards across all designs.
• Use analytics, A / B testing, and user feedback to refine and optimize designs.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG / ADA accessibility requirements.
• Partner with QA teams to validate design fidelity during testing phases.
• Provide support and design clarifications during Agile / Scrum development sprints.
• Produce detailed design documentation and specifications for seamless developer handoff.
