\nREQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP :

\nMinimum Years of Experience : 2 yrs experience

\nTraveler Experience : Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers

\nLocals Accepted / Rate Difference : Yes

\nSkills : IV Start and Telemetry.

\nCerts : ACLS, BCLS, with NIH preferred.

\n

\nJOB DETAILS :

\nTarget Ratios : 1 : 6-7; Overflow for winter census. Daily Census= 18.

\nUnit will accept 13-16 week contracts.

\n-Shift : 3 x 12hr Nights

\n36 or 48 hrs may be offered

\n-Float Requirement : Floating as needed to similar units.

\n-Weekend Schedule : Every other weekend

\n

\nPATIENT DIAGNOSES : General Surgery and Medical Tele. Cardiac telemetry / medical telemetry. Various diagnosis requiring either medical intervention or surgical procedures. Including medical tele patients.

\n

\nUNIT SYSTEMS : PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR

\n

\nUNIT ORIENTATION : 24 hours of Orientation.

\n

\nSCRUBS : Navy Blue.

\n

\n
