Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Cardiac Sonographer (Echocardiographer) to join our diagnostic imaging team in a part-time capacity. This position offers a consistent schedule of two weekday day shifts with no on-call, weekends, or holidays required. You’ll play a vital role in evaluating cardiac conditions using high-quality echocardiographic techniques in a supportive rural healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform transthoracic echocardiograms, including 2D, M-mode, and Doppler studies

Assist with stress echocardiography and prepare studies for physician review

Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient comfort throughout exams

Communicate effectively with patients, cardiologists, and care team members

Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment as needed

Adhere to infection control, safety, and patient privacy protocols
