The Low Voltage Coordinator is responsible for supporting the IT Security Team Lead by planning, organizing, and coordinating all low-voltage system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across both corporate and field locations. This position ensures effective and compliant execution of structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, and other low-voltage infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate all low-voltage system installations, repairs, and maintenance at corporate and property locations.
• Manage low-voltage vendor relationships, ensuring timely and compliant execution of work.
• Serve as the escalation point for low-voltage issues, collaborating with IT and field teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee new site builds and related low-voltage setups, including structured cabling, security cameras, access control systems, analog phone lines, VoIP, and ISP / utility provisioning.
• Maintain and update documentation including wiring diagrams, infrastructure records, vendor accounts, ISP and utility information.
• Help maintain company-defined standards for all low-voltage systems and installations.
• Monitor key performance metrics and SLAs to assess system performance and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT staff and network engineers to integrate low-voltage components with IT infrastructure.
• Support coordination of IT Specialist travel and prioritize tickets related to low-voltage work.
• Lead or participate in special low-voltage projects as assigned.
