Manager of FP&A

A company is looking for a Manager of FP&A - Capital Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive three-statement financial forecasts, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs

Prepare clear presentation materials for senior leadership and banking partners, translating complex financial information into actionable insights

Analyze and report on key financial metrics and ensure covenant compliance with credit agreements

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting

8+ years of work experience in a finance role with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a relevant Master's degree

Experience in preparing, managing, and analyzing forecasted three-statement models

Experience in preparing and presenting materials to executive leadership

Preferred certifications include CPA, CFA, or MBA
