We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Technician to perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications on turbine-powered aircraft (e.g., turbojets, turboprops, turboshafts). The successful candidate will ensure all work is completed in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, manufacturer's specifications, and company policies. This role requires expertise in both the mechanical aspects of airframes and the complex systems of turbine engines.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft airframe structures, landing gear, flight controls, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul various turbine engine types, including hot section and cold section inspections, component replacement, and engine rigging.
Conduct thorough inspections (e.g., document, phase, hourly, and calendar) and correct any deficiencies found, ensuring the aircraft is maintained to the highest standards of airworthiness.
Execute complex aircraft system repairs and modifications on electrical, avionics, fuel, environmental control, and fire protection systems.
Document all maintenance actions accurately and completely in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures, including logging time, parts usage, and technical findings.
Operate and maintain ground support equipment (GSE) and specialized tools required for aircraft and engine maintenance.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment , adhering strictly to safety protocols and best practices.
Collaborate effectively with other technicians, inspectors, and management to ensure efficient workflow and timely aircraft turnaround.
May be required to travel for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support.
