A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst, Collector.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in advanced collections for unpaid processing fees, chargebacks, and equipment
Assign consumer debt inventory and meet departmental collection performance targets
Utilize skip-tracing tools and provide daily coverage of accounts until payment arrangements are made
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED
Minimum of 1 year of collections and / or customer service experience
Prior experience working in a call center
