Job descriptionMonday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule No weekend or on-call responsibilities Dedicated time for clinic, home visits, and outreach initiatives Flexible structure supporting both clinical care and strategic program development Structured base pay with strong potential for performance-based growth 403(b) retirement plan with employer match 5 weeks of PTO, plus holidays and self-care days Full benefits package, virtual care access, CME allowance, and up to $5,00 / year tuition reimbursement At least 4-5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required Must have a strong background in palliative care Comfortable with community outreach, public speaking, and program development Hospice experience is a plus, but not required Located in coastal North Carolina with easy access to beaches and outdoor recreation Family-friendly community with affordable housing and good public schools Close to regional airports for convenient travel Growing region with strong healthcare and community support networks

Practice Overview
- You'll join a well-established palliative care team focused on patient-centered, community-based care
- Lead a weekly outpatient palliative care clinic every Wednesday morning
- Conduct in-home visits and develop relationships with referring partners across the county
